Can i install SQL Azure on Linux 32 bit.

SQL Azure is not something you install, it is a cloud service offered by Microsoft, so you can access it from Linux since it is a cloud-service.

Yep. 100%. I've run it from Apple, Linux and, of course, Windows. Except for the small sections of it that still require Silverlight, it works fine on any OS with any browser that I've tried.
