I was adjusting my Minimum & Maximum memory settings on SQL 2005 and zeroed out the Min setting and mistakenly set the Max setting to the minumim of 16. Now I can't connect to fix the memory settings.
PLEASE HELP...I am locked out and don't have any clue how to adjust the settings.
I am running Windows Server 2003 R2 Std x64 Edition with SQL 2005 SP3

Have you attempted to connect using the Dedicated Administrator Connection (DAC)?

Thanks I didn't know about that...however that didn't work either...got a timeout expired error.
I have also tried to stop the service and it won't even respond to that...I was thinking that maybe by restarting there would be enough remaining resources to connect but like I said it won't even stop from the services applet.
So maybe a reboot of the server and then try?
Any other thoughts?

If it won't stop from services, reboot. You might set it not to auto start first, and then start it in minimal configuration from the command line.
