Hi all
Im running sp2 on my win2k pro with sp2 pc. It verifies my sa (and win authentication) users (ive tried both), shuts down the sqlserver service but cant re-start it, telling me to verify my login. I can start it manually without a problem and the service starts fine on a reboot.
What the!?

Hi
De-attached DB's, uninstalled SS2k, complete re-install, attached DB's and applied SP2 without a problem..
Still none the wiser why it didnt work first time.

I had issues with installing this without shutting down the sevices. Once I shut down the services, it worked.
