Sorting reports in Report Manager

    Is there a way to order reports in Report Manager other than alphabetical?

    What do you want to sort by? If you go to detail view you have some sort options

    Thanks, that works great if you have the ability to see detail. But we do not allow users to see the detail and the sort order goes back to report name when you undo Show Details. At this point we are going to add a number to the front of each report so we can put them in the order we want.

    Also, I need to educate the users that Report Manager is a file structure like window directories, not a menu that you can put options in any order you want. Some day we may put these on a web page (or the portal) then we can put them in any order we want without messing with the report name.

    Thanks anyhow for your response. It was worth experimenting with.
