Then why do I HAVE TO delete them before the call? 😉
Note that I said call OR patch. Also, I would not want to get black-listed by a third party vendor because DURING a support call it came out that I had created indexes, plan guides, etc. on my system that were in direct violation of my support agreement and/or usage contract.

Hi sqlfriends,
First check your share point content DB and table size and frag too for that particular table using inputbuffer.
I have identical experience with custom Db but not the content.
I suggest you to install a performance dashboard it'll give clear a picture to find your problem.

I see there are some sharepoint delete expired session jobs run every minute , that could cause the blocks at peak time.
Is it a job needs to run every minute?
I will check if I disable the sharepoint jobs, will it still have the blocks.
Ya its true the default setting delete expired session every minute. Check with your company/client to change the job schedule from minute to ---.
Do you have any archive policy for that content DB? I know there will be.
And if I add RAM to the server, will that help too.
Nope without knowing the real issue don't add the ram. It'll not help you at all.
