Attempting to communicate with Service Broker between 2 SQL Servers. Servers are SQL Server 2008 Express on dmz and SQL Server 2008 standard inside domain.
Trying to set up service broker between 2 servers, using certificate for security.
Dmz computer queueing message with following error: An error occurred while receiving data: '10054(An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.)'.
Service broker on other end not receiving messages, but event log records following:
Length specified in network packet payload did not match number of bytes read; the connection has been closed. Please contact the vendor of the client library. [CLIENT: X.X.X.X]
Any ideas to resolve this?
Thanks

I think we have gotten past this error - we were using a port that was also being listened to by SQL server. Still having a problem with the certificate, but I will try resolve it and may post another inquiry if we don't get any where.
Thanks
