We are running an industry application with a SQL2005 SP2 server. Client uses sqloledb to talk back with the server. We have been having some performance issues with the data transfer and find that there is some timeouts on the connection and the data transfer takes some time.
I have run the profiler to see if I can get some information and i see a lot of; connection resets
Is this something to do with the connection pooling, is there a way that i can make changes so that the server is not constantly resetting the connection? is this normal?
