  • Click on options and increase the connection timeout property and see if that helps.

  • I have set it 0 (infinite - no waittime),

    I got same error again..

  • 1.check your Firewall

    2. check your sql server service configuration manager

    3. check your remote connections from surface area features

    Thanks

  • Are you able to connect to the remote machine?

    "Keep Trying"

  • able to acess other server but this not..

  • Say you are trying to connect to ServerA from Server B, u get the above mentioned error, Log into server A and try connecting to SQL server.

Also check for TCP/IP enabled on network configuration on server configuration manager 🙂
