I've been performing a a Proof-of-Concept within our business, showing how Redgate's various tools can help the company to keep a track of PII data and let us use databases that have PII data as the basis for QA and Dev environments.
One of the conversations with our InfoSec people raised a question that they have when searching for PII data.
Does anybody know of a tool or methodology for searching for PII data within Teams and Outlook?
One of the things that they would like to be able to check, is that information that shouldn't be broadcast around by these methods, hasn't been. It is just so easy to attach documents without much thought and send them around.
