script language different depending on user

  I've installed visual studio community 2019 on local machine and I can see 2019 language in the settings and when creating a Script Task.

  On the same machine, when I run as administrator to open visual studio, although 2019 is specified in the options, when I pull across a Script Task it only shows up 2015?

  Any ideas on this behaviour?

  Think I found the issue, administrator visual studio had deployment target of 2016, which I assume defaulted the language to 2015.
