Retain SQL 2005 Register Server, Object Explorer selections

    I'm new to SQL 2005's Management Studio !!  In SQL 2005, under Management Studio's Registered Servers section, I register a couple of SQL Server 2000 instances locally on my laptop.  Each day as I invoke Management Studio, I lose the SQL Server Registrations and have to re-register them.

    I also lose my Object Explorer CONNECTions to the Registered Servers whenever I logoff. 

    Do I need to be re-registering SQL Servers to my local Management Studio session each day when I logon??? 

    Also, Do I need to manually CONNECT the Servers to Object Explorer each day when I log on?  (time consuming)

    I just received a SQL 2005 prompt msg:  DO you want to add previously registered SQL Servers from this machince?  Yesterday I answered YES -- I'm thinking this may have overlaid my Registered Servers with NOTHING.
