Reporting Services - embed report in email

  This is my first time using reporting services. I was able to use the wizard to create my report. But now I would like to be able to view my report within an email.

  I setup the Report Services Configuration for email. However, I'm not sure where to go from there. Any help would be appreciated.

  You would need to create a Subscription. Lookup Subscriptions in BOL.

  Create a Subscription, then choose Email (instead of File Share)

  note: Email option may not appear if you did not configure SMTP for your SSRS

  Pick Email in the Dropdown [Delivered By]
