I see in SQL server with reporting service, the performance dashboard, there are frequent locks and blocks. I know we are at the time while users running large reports at some concurrent time. Some reports are errored out
I see it recommended to enable the read_committed_Snapshot databse option.
I guess this is for reportServerTempDB.
How can I enable the read_committed_Snapshot, do I have to be the only active users in the database, if so, we cannot do because we don't want to to interupt those reports already submitted and in queue.
And once we finish the report busy time, can we change back to whatever default is.
Is it an easy process to turn it off and change back to default and without affecting others.
