We have a SQL server 2005, recently we changed the email server name, so I went into report server configuration manager and change the SMTP server to new mail server name.
But we found some subscriptions for reports on this server are still sending emails from using the old email server.
We cannot figure out why? Any ideas?

Shot in the dark, cached information?

I am thinking to restart the reporting service this evening to see if it picks up the new email settings.
This is a sql server 2005 box.
If it is cache problem, how can we clear that out?
Thanks

That I can't help with. I'm not a SSRS specialist. Read your post and it just sounds like caching. Ran into with SQL Server Agent when programmatically enabling and disabling jobs. Wouldn't be surprised if SSRS does it also.
