Report builder 3.0 - Publishing Report Parts

  Hi all,

  I am trying to publish report parts from report Builder 3.0

  For this I opened up a report from report manger URl using report builder. When i choose 'Publish report parts', I am not finding the option to publish report header and footer. In fact the report I used has a Page header and footer. Am I doing anything wrong here? Please advice.
