  will report builder 2.0 work with SQL server 2005, or do I need to install SQL server 2008?

  I run 2005 on my production server 64 bit and have a testserver I use to build reports with 2005, but I want to know if I do install 2008 on my testserver, will the reports I make work on my production server with 2005?

  Report Builder 2.0 requires an instance of SQL Server 2008 to render your reports but you can use a 2005 database as your data source.
