Replication Question....3rd party tools

    is there a way to essentially create two databases and have them update each other as if each is a publisher and subscriber to/from each other.

    we have two databases. both databases are active and our software will chose the best response time from both servers and use that database. Each database should update the other after each transaction.

    is this possible? are there any 3rd party tools available to make this happen.
