Replication Pull subscription from SQL Express

  Hi all,

  I have to use Snapshot replication to around 20 SQL Express clients across out network.

  I was hoping to use PULL Subscriptions on the clients but don't know if you need the SQL Agent to run a Pull? Or if its not possible for another reason?

  Does anyone have any dealings with using SQL Express and Replication? and care to share some overview..

  As far as I know, SQL Server Express functions only as a Subscriber.

  Hi thanks for the reply..

  But is possible to use Pull subscriptions on express? via a script..

  then create a quick button to run the script and joy!

  I have heard of of people using some hacks to get it to work. But I have never tried it. You might have to use RMO and Windows synchronization method to get it work.
