Is it possible to configure a replication which is domain controller. I try it, but the agent does not start.

I did not understand what you are asking. Can you be a bit more precise please?

I have got a domain controller, and on that server, i have got sql server 2005 too. I have to configure a replication on that server. the snap shot agent, does not start, I think there is no relation ship between, being domain controller and sql server replication, and there is no conflict.

I would not want to install SQL server on the DC.. 😉 There are lots of reasons why the snapshot might not start. The SQL Server and agent are running under Local systems user, SQL Server and agent services are running under a user that has no rights to access network drives for snap shot.
To give you more help you will have to provide with what the error was. If you dont provide we can only do some guessing work. And guessing is not going to help. Give more details of what the error is and how the agents are set up. Then someone here might be able to help you
