Hi,
How can i find out whether the replication is happening or now?and how can i found the last replicated time?I'm using SQLERVER 2000 Servers where i can see replication monitor is turned on and some agents there...

Make a change on a published table in the source database. Then go over to the target DB and see if the change shows up.

I need to check the last replication time.I cant insert anythg as it is a production server.How can i check whether the replication is happening or not?

Then use the replication monitor's. You should find them in EM, in the explorer pnae (left hand side). There should be two top level folders for Replication (sorry, cannot remember their names). You may need to turn on something in EM and/or your server to see the replication monitoring folders.
I will be out for the rest of the week, so hopefully, someone else her, who is still familiar with SQL 2000 replication can pick this up from here...
