How can we find the datatypes of articles in replication?
Right click on publication properties and find out the articles... From there get the details of the articles and check on your database under tables
How to find the problem in replication whether it is in publisher, distributor or subscriber?
Try to find out from the replication monitor. See where the issue is whether it is between publisher-distributor or between distributor-subscriber

Troubleshooting replication is something best done with detailed issues as it really depends on what the issue is. So, if you have a replication problem please share as much detail as possible and I'm sure that you will get some solid suggestions to troubleshoot.
