Refresh is not working

I have a basic SP that will drops and creates a table and it runs fine.
The problem is that when I run the report and I go back to Enterprise Manager, the table does not show up in my list of tables. I have tried to right click and select refresh on both the sever level and the database level, and still nothing. The only time that the table shows up is I close Enterprise Manager down completly and then reopen it.
What is going on?

Have you tried hitting the refresh at the table level?

Yes, the only thing that I have not tried is the rebooting the system and going from there.

Can we see the code you execute in the sp?

I mispoke before, refreshing on the table level works.
