Nice question, thanks.
I voted for the connect issue.
Need an answer? No, you need a question

Lots of really good questions in QoTD lately. Including this one. Thanks.

Steve,
Are these options the same in all three versions of Visual Studio that had a Database edition?
I obviously got it right, but just curious why you did not specify.:w00t:

Nice article but I did not read anything in it about the options in the Visual Studio Database/Refactor menu when you have a database project open.

Interesting question.
Unhelpful explanation with no reference to documentation. I was unable to find anything useful except http://blogs.msdn.com/b/ronang/archive/2007/08/13/db-pro-power-tools-including-t-sql-analysis-dependency-viewing-and-more-refactoring-options.aspx%5Dthis (and a repost of it elswhere in the msdn website) and the earlier blog entry that it references.
I'm not at all clear what the connect entry means - the originator hasn't responded to the question raised in the MS response so it isn't clear what he was suggesting; nor is it at all clear to me whether the suggestion is to replace the table in just the single selected FROM clause (in which case I don't think it's worth cluttering the GUI with it) or in some wider scope (which might make it useful) which isn't defined in the proposal. So I won't be voting for it, because I have no real idea what is being asked for. Nor will I vbote against it (for the same reason).

Interesting question, thanks! On the connect item it is listed as closed with "a custom resolution." So I am not sure voting for it is very valuable at this point.

My apologies, This was a question from Jamie Thomson and I have corrected that.
I have no idea what options there are in various editions of the tools.

Thank you Steve for making that clear.
I should know that you would never post an ambiguous question about application features without at least specifying the version it was for.
Unless the Edit Question function is not working.
