The DB had two files a .mdf of 68MB and a .ndf of 12GB

Was the DB structured with just one filegroup or two?

Can I get an online service where I can upload the files on rapidshare.com and get them analysed and recovered?

If you're asking for volunteers to analyse and recover, the chance is virtually 0. There are no more than a handful of people in the world capable of rebuilding a SQL database like this, most work for Microsoft. It's a hectically difficult and time consuming job.
There are SQL data recovery tools, I don't have much confidence in any of them. I've seen two used and neither extracted useful information. If you do try, make sure you get a trial and don't pay until you're sure it's going to help. They're not online, they're download, install and pay tools.
