For our BI we have QlikSense application which is connecting to Listener in Always on but still connection to Primary . Is there any change needs to be done other than specifying ApplicationIntent=ReadOnly

Do you have read only routing configured for your AG? You need to have a secondary replica configured for read-intent access, and ideally have your routing urls and routing list setup as well. Also, you need to verify with the vendor that they support using ApplicationIntent=ReadOnly in the connection string to data sources. Also, you need to be using at least Native Client 11 for Application Intent support.
