Quickly include 'Everyone' in security to view a report

  • I am fairly new to SSRS 2016 and love the updated Report Server.  We are just now utilizing reports again and I have a published report that needs to have Everyone view access.  I tested using one person and it works fine (after also granting her view permission on the shared dataset too), but we have 1200 people.  How do I include 'everyone' in one fell swoop?

    Thanks

Try using the Authenticated Users group (instead of the individual login you used when testing).

  • Thanks and I will try it out tomorrow morning

  • Thanks Sue.  Using NT AUTHORITY\Authenticated Users seems to have worked
