Hi,
I am trying to use SQL Server to Query an Active Directory Server.
I have successfully setup the Directory Server as a link Server and successfully queried the Server to give me a list of Users and Groups.
However what I am trying to do now is get a list of Users and the Groups they are in but to no avail.
If anyone can provide an example or give me advice on how to do this, it would be greatly appreciated.

I see that no one has responded to your message. I was wondering if you ever found an answer to your question? I would like to to do similar queries and you seem to having better luck tha I am. Could you send me how you are linking to AD. I follow the Microsoft instructions and can't get to AD. Thanks
