it was not clear from the question whether LastUpdate column was timestap or datetime. In normal practise this is considered as datetime.

You posted this for the wrong day...this is for the QOD for 2 October.
But, to answer you the schema provided (CREATE statement) showed it was a TIMESTAMP column not a DATETIME column.
So, it was very clear which it was.
