Hi,
I'm looking for some more detailed information about Enterprise Manager process info like what all wait type,status,command stands for.

The columns you're interested in exist in the Sysprocesses table. Searching under this keyword, there is a little info in BOL, but for more details, these articles are definitely worth a look:

Most of the descriptions used by the server are held in master..spt_values.
For more bol and Inside sql server (as Steve Jones said and everyone should have imho) or just search the web.
Cursors never.

I agree. If you are a SQL DBA without Inside SQL Server, you are missing a great resource.
