I am new to create jobs please let me know how to create a procedure and register it as a job.

Start here.
You will create a job, add a step, and put the SP call in the job step. Then create a schedule for the job. The link I provided will walk you through it. Books On Line (BOL) is your friend for things like this.

You can select the type of job, the database context (essentially a USE clause) and an owner for the job. These will be used to run the procedure.
There's also a "Parse" button you can use to be sure it's running correctly. I put EXEC in front of the procedures just for style as well.
