Problems with RS 2005 installation

    Well i installed the 2005 ctp september.

    It went well but it didn't installed the RS

    The error log was:

    ReportingServicesService!library!8!02/10/2005-11:56:34:: i INFO: Catalog SQL Server Edition = Developer

The found version is 'C.0.6.43'. The expected version is 'C.0.8.39'. To continue, update the version of the report server database and verify access rights., ;

    any idea what 2 do???

    If you had a previous version of beta product installed you did not get your machine cleaned up sufficiently to install the newer version.  I understand that there was a newer cleanup tool released two weeks ago tomorrow although I have not tried it.  I understand that it will clean up from all previous versions of CTP SS software.  And if that doesn't work, reimage your server.  I personally have wasted many weeks trying to recover installations when a fresh image is the quick solution.
