Problem changing Default Database Connection Options

  In EM, when I select my dev server, properties and change the Default database connection options, the changes I make are not saved. I have full permission on this server. Any ideas what would cause this?

  Try the following

  1. Restart server and check it again

  2.Check whether you have access permission to Db which u are putting as default.

  3. Try sp_defaultdb from QA to check whether EM is causing problem
