  I want to port my all packages along with database backup from my 32 bit OS platform to 64 bit. Is it easy or it needs any additional components

  Nothing to do.

  A package is just a set of instructions for the service.

  If you have any custom components, you will have to move them.

  Only problems is with JET (EXCEL) is not supported on 64bit. You will have to run that under emulation.
