Hello ,
We have a DB for which we have the transnational backup set every 10 min .
The DB goes in offline mode for some issue and we are unable to bring the DB online at 9:28 AM . I am able to restore the DB till the point 9:20 , but i am not sure how to restore the data from 9:20 - 9:28 . Please help

You can only do that if you have the tail log backup of that time. Based on what you said, you don't. So you can only restore to the last good log backup.
