  I understand that to edit a cube you must be a member of the OLAP administrators group and dbo in the Analysis Services database.  Is this correct?

  Another question, is there anyway to limit a user in the OLAP admin group to only being able to edit one cube on the box?

  Users are creating reports using OLAP Intelligence and I have been told they have to be OLAP Admins, which I am not 100% comfortable with, but I would be better with it if I could make it so they could only touch their cube.  Thanks.

  Yes, Olap Admins can do whatever they want on the server (create, edit, delete cubes, change server settings, etc.) and cannot be limited.

  The users need read-only access to the cubes they will use.
