Yesterday i came to know that their are some applications which runs in accordance to the data in the Tables..
The application involves in data updating, deleting etc ...
Their are some stoired procedure which gets executed at that time, and the stored procedure fetched the data from number of tables & hence the application runs slow..
Now is their any query to track which stored procedure is taking time, blocking and all related data to it????
How do i move and make the application run faster??

What you ask is too big of a topic to address in a general forum question such as what you have posted. Please have a look at this article:
A Performance Troubleshooting Methodology for SQL Server by Jonathan Kehayias
And Chapter 1 of this book. Buy the book from Amazon if you like it.
Troubleshooting SQL Server: A Guide for the Accidental DBA by Jonathan Kehayias and Ted Krueger
Consider hiring a SQL Server Performance expert to assist in your environment if this is overwhelming.
