  Hi all,

  I want to duplicate record in database table because of business needs,

  and the performance wise is very important to me, so i don't know what to statement to write, i consider to options:

  1- Insert Into Select.

  2- Select(into temp table) then Insert the record.

  anyone can help men which one is better or if there is anther way.

  insert select works well.
