We are upgrading our HR/PR system from PeopleSoft 7.7 to 8.8 and going live Dec2003. We have converted the PeopleSoft 7.5 HR/PR(Oracle) to development on MS SQL Server 2000. I'm trying to find a way to get the data from the Compare and Report process into another file format (xls,txt,db?, etc...)

Have you tried DTS? Is this directly from Oracle to txt? Or is MSSQLServer in between?

the DBA created a SQL 2000 database and converted the PeopleSoft 7.5 / Oracle . The instance 's that were compared both are on SQL 2000 (PeopleSoft 7.5 HRPRD(HR/PR) and PeopleSoft 8.8 HRCOP(Demo after Updates)). They couldn't have at least a little demo database on Oracle.
Steve: I'm a little confused, the Compare and Report process data is where? And in which format does it need to move?

I would like the data to be in a format I can import into db table or use in excel, or maybe even a text format. I could use just about anything, except what we have now.
Just a note. I just started taking MS SQL so I have aways to catch up.
