Hi All,
I am maintaining 2 days snapshots for my database.one snapshot a day.
i am getting operating system error 665 and my old snapshot is going to suspended state after 1 day.
The operating system returned error 665(The requested operation could not be completed due to a file system limitation) to SQL Server during a write at offset 0x00001e58180000 in file ''G://MSSQL11.PSAPP20//MSSQL//DATA//Datamap_2_20160713.snap''. Additional messages in the SQL Server error log and system event log may provide more detail. This is a severe system-level error condition that threatens database integrity and must be corrected immediately. Complete a full database consistency check (DBCC CHECKDB). This error can be caused by many factors; for more information, see SQL Server Books Online.

Just out of curiosity, how big are these databases, and how much data is changing daily?

The sparse file size is around 60GB when snapshot is going to Suspended state. I have 600 GB free space in disk . and auto growth is 100 MB for database
