  I have Null Values ,zero values and other values in a column of data type float in my Fact table.

  When i process the cube the null values are converted to zero values. While seeing data from excel i see only zero and other values but not the null values.

  I would like to differentiate between null,zero and other values in my cube.

  Is there some way i can achieve it.

  You might want to review what George Spofford has posted previously on this issue.  He gives three options for including the nulls in your cube.
