No local report server

  Hello all.

  I recently installed SQL 2005. In the object browser when i click connect then reporting services it gives me the option to connect to a server. However there are no server listed in the drop-down list.

  Where have i gone wrong here and how do i rectify it?

  the sql server installation process has lots of optional components. did you install reporting services?
