  We are in the process of migrating a client-server based app running Centura Team Developer with a SqlBase backend to a web app. We've found a rewrite of the front-end as the best way to go, so we're researching migrating the backend as well.

  I've been asigned SQLServer, and was wondering if anyone could point me to a good beginning point-of-reference. Pros and cons, data migration, adminstration interface, just about anything that may help in our decision would be great.
