  Hello everyone I have a new project that is huge. I am the owner of the project and I need some help on design. Where is the best place to go to aske question relating to data base design? Can you help me please.

  There is no best place. Depending on the project, you need to hire a DBA or a consultant to help with this.

  I'd look for someone that's done work in your type of project. Retail, supply chain, tracking, whatever
