Hi Seniors,
I have started my career as a QA engineer and accidentally I became a Production SQL Server DBA and I worked for a client like MS and BA for 2 years. But now I am in UK and I observed the market, most of the people are asking for '' DEVELOPMENT DBA'' so that's why I am worrying so much. Now I am ready to spend some time to learn things.
As I don't have much visibility on this role, I don't know what should I learn.
Could you please tell me from your experience, in every aspect of.
Dev DBA's please help me from your experience what are the things vary from Production DBA role.
My sincere thanks to you all...

Search this site for "NEW DBA", then after reading, maybe you will have more specific questions that can be answered.

I was specific about what are the roles and responsibilities of an 'Development SQL Server DBA '.
Depends on the company. There's no fixed spec across all companies for a job title.
Typically, a development DBA will be doing development - stored procs, triggers, views, functions and not so much admin.
