Need help to configure SSRS 2008 R2 with dynamics ax 2012. Also I need to know the IIS settings which is required for SSRS

You dont need IIS for SSRS from SQL 2008 onwards.

Thank you so much for your help. It works but still I am facing one issue to run the reports. Every time when I run the report, it ask me to enter user name and password and after giving user name & password I received error message :-" Only integrated security is supported for AX queries."
Can you please help me to resolve this error

Data source needs changing to windows authentication and not SQL authentication.
Also run through the SSRS config and set an unattended execution account if you plan to use subscriptions.

but how do i change data source to windows authentication for all reports

Find where the data source(s) is/are on your SSRS server and change the authentication method to integrated security.
You would usually do this in BIDS before you deploy the reports to the server.
