On one of our database, which has about 3/4 Million Check Images, we have the .mdf file(2 megs), and the LDF file (Don't ask me why, wasn't me) on drive 1, Then a .ndf file (~20 Gigs) on a RAID - Say Drive 2. Drive 1 Failed, and was restored to an image 10 days old. This made the .mdf and the .ldf 10 days older than the .ndf on the RAID. I can still do a simple select and return all the text based (char, int, etc) rows from the main table. But the images are stored as blobs, and I can't seem to get to them. I've tryed dbcc checkdb - with and without repair rebuild. I tryed backing up and restoring - backup seemed to work. Tried to export the data to another database - failed!....
If anyone has any suggestions, please help...

Why didn't you restore the .NDF file from the same time frame? Do you have a full SQL Server backup of said database?

We had our tape drive go out, and just got the new one in a day or so prior to this, and do to the fact that the main server would have to be down, I wasn't installed and configured in time. WHY do these things always coincide with a backup failure??? !@#$
