  I have downloaded CTP3 Denali Evaluation Edition.When I try to install Everything goes fine but at Ending Stage of installation, It give me Following Error. "The Service did not respond to the start or Controll request in timely fashion". I just select Database Engin Service in installation setup.I have already installed MSSQL Server 2008R2 and Visual Studion 2008 and 2010 on My Machine. i am running Window 7.

  Disable the anti-virus application and try again.
