Can anyone please tell me the how to get the MSDN Subscription for SQL SERVER 2008.

You should also consider if a Technet subscription would fit your situation. They are not for production systems, just as trials that don't expire:

The Technet Plus subscription includes SQL Server 2008 (again, not for production system).
