  I'm a newbie 1/2 DBA in my company. We are currently using SQL 2000 on NT 4.0 box with more than a dozen database loaded in there. We are purchasing box with Windows 2000 Advanced Server OS. My question is how can I smoothly make the transition. If you guys can give me the major points and then I will work through the details. Thank
