Move SQL Server 2005 from a workgroup to a domain

    Our Network administrator has just moved a Dev server containing SQL Server 2005 from a workgroup onto a domain.

    We can still connect to this server if we are on the server itself, however if we attempt to remote login to the server it will not allow us to login from enterprise manager/Management Studio or by any other method.

    I believe there is some access/rights issue here that needs to be sorted out.

    Does anyone have any pointers or tips?

    Please check if your SQL server services are in domain user account. Also if you are login from Manag Studio with windows auth then you should have domain access for that box.
